August 28, 2012
Meeting was called to order by Vice President Bob Allison at the beach at 6:33 pm Board members present were Pat Halpin, Christina Pierce, Michelle Pierce and Marcia Roy.
Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the July23, 2012 Board Meeting were handed out, read and accepted.
Treasurer’s Report None
Tax Collector’s Report: Taxes Billed $13,689.20

Old Business:
1) Bob Allison will have By Laws in Word Document by the September Meeting.
2) New Buoys are here will be put in in the Spring.
3) New Signage-Waiting for an e-mail from the people making the signs. Will be
mailed with Taxes & Beach Passes in the Spring 2013.
4) LTA Insurance will look again in the Spring of 2013
5) Mowing of Beach and Ballfield Christina is waiting for Mike Martin to give her the bill from Outback. We will seek someone to mow in the spring. LTA will pay $10.00/mowing to those individual that have mowed the beach and ballfield..
6) Christina will contact the State Marshall to collect Tax Delinquent Accounts after January 1, 2013 once liens are placed on the properties.

3) Buoys are going to be removed on Sunday September 9, 2012 @ 1:00pm
4) Final 2012 Meeting will be September 23, 2012 @ 4:00pm at the beach.
