Meeting was called to order by President Tom Shea at the LVTA Beach at 6:01 pm Board members present were Geoff Willis, Bob Allison, Tom Shea, Dave Delorme, Dawn Muller, Stuart Pratt, and Paul Dineen
Roll call of Board Members took place.
Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the August 11, 2025 Board Meeting was handed out, read and accepted
Treasurer’s Report: $56,323.86 checking account balance
Tax Collector’s Report:$34,820.74 collected, $18,950.97 collectable balance
Old Business
- T&B motors car towing 2 signs came in, Dave Delorme installed
- Boat rack, and abandoned boats, remove from rack on 10/26 10:00am
- Spray for poison ivy again at fall cleanup, Geoff Willis
- Trees at end of Crestwood, removed, $1600
- Paint speed bumps, spray paint needs to be ordered
- Look into recording annual meeting, perhaps on Facebook live
- Online tax payments decided against, due to fees imposed
- Advertise facebook page in process

Boats moored on boat rack to be removed by 10/26
Boats that are moored on the rack at the LVTA beach should be removed by Sunday 10/26. Any boats remaining will be moved to the lower parking area on Sunday 10/26 at 10:00 am.

Tax Collector’s Report:$29,812.88 collected, $5,093.63 collectable balance

- T&B motors car towing Contract signed, purchase signs (unanimous vote).
- Boat rack, and abandoned boats, revisit at end of season.

Volunteers needed
Volunteers are needed to put up the fence for Coventryfest Friday 6/27 at 7:00 pm, as well as for checking for parking passes on 6/28, and for beach cleanup, and jetty cleanup on 6/29 at 10:00 am. As a friendly reminder, any guests at the beach must be accompanied by a member, and all cars must have a parking pass, no exceptions. For those of you who have ordered boat stickers, please bear with me. We ran out of stickers, more have been ordered, and will arrive sometime in the next couple of weeks. I will bring stickers with me to the next board meeting, on Monday 7/14/25 6:30 pm at the LVTA beach, and the outstanding remainder will go out the following day.
