Board Meeting

LVTA Beach 6:30pm

July 13, 2026

Meeting was called to order by President Tom Shea at the LVTA beach at 6:36 pm Board members present were Geoff Willis, Tom Shea, Dave Delorme, Stuart Pratt, Kristi Clifford, Kelley Bates

Roll call of Board Members took place.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the June 8, 2026 annual meeting were handed out, read and accepted

Treasurer’s Report: N/A

Tax Collector’s Report:$56,263.94 outstanding balance

Old Business

1. Floating dock revisit at annual meeting
2. Path to beach in front of boat moorings has grown in, board and members walked path to end of birch. Revisit landscaping options at annual meeting.
3. Move website and domain name to a host owned by LVTA Geoff
4. telephone poles barrier, work party 10/26 at 10:00am
5. Goose spray came in Geoff
6. Coventryfest went well, thanks to all the volunteers for their help
7. Road repaving 7/15
8. Tax collector – Stuart Pratt is retiring.

New Business

1. Picnic tables $350 allocated for 2 tables

Meeting was called to order by President Tom Shea at the LVTA beach at 6:32 pm Board members present were Geoff Willis, Tom Shea, Dave Delorme, Dawn Muller, Stuart Pratt, Kristi Clifford, Kelley Bates, and Paul Dineen

Roll call of Board Members took place.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the May 3, 2026 annual meeting were handed out, read and accepted

Treasurer’s Report: $62,530.40 checking account balance

Tax Collector’s Report:No change

Old Business

1. Paint speed bumps, Dawn/Bob – complete
2. Record annual meeting – complete
3. Sand for beach, – complete
4. Floating dock revisit at annual meeting
5. Path to beach in front of boat moorings has grown in, contact Andover landscaping
6. Move website and domain name to a host owned by LVTA
7. telephone poles barrier, Dawn/Tom
8. Goose spray order – complete
9. Beach cleanup 5/17 10:00 am – complete
10. Dock install 5/9 need screws

New Business

11. Coventryfest fence 6/26 6:30pm. Need volunteers after 3pm at beach 6/27. Cleanup 6/28 10:00am.
12. Road repaving lowest bid $45,000, unanimous vote.
13. Tax collector. Stuart Pratt is retiring, need applicants for new tax collector.

Meeting was called to order by President Tom Shea at the Coventry town hall at 2:03 pm Board members present were Geoff Willis, Bob Allison, Tom Shea, Dave Delorme, Dawn Muller, Stuart Pratt, and Paul Dineen

Roll call of Board Members took place.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the September 15, 2025 Board Meeting, and May 4, 2025 annual meeting were handed out, read and accepted

Treasurer’s Report: $62,248.47 checking account balance

Tax Collector’s Report:$41,186.47 collected, $12,585.24 collectible balance

2026-2027 Budget Passed at 2 mil.

Old Business

1. Boat rack, and abandoned boats, removed from rack on 10/26 10:00am
2. Spray for poison ivy again at fall cleanup, Geoff Willis
3. Paint speed bumps, spray paint needs to be purchased Dawn/Bob
4. Record annual meeting on Facebook live
5. Sand for beach, order
6. Dog park, no interest
7. Big buoy ordered new, $522
8. Floating dock no add’l liability
9. Removed buoys & Fall cleanup 9/28 10:00am

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the August 11, 2025 Board Meeting was handed out, read and accepted

Treasurer’s Report: $56,323.86 checking account balance

Tax Collector’s Report:$34,820.74 collected, $18,950.97 collectable balance

Old Business

• T&B motors car towing 2 signs came in, Dave Delorme installed
• Boat rack, and abandoned boats, remove from rack on 10/26 10:00am
• Spray for poison ivy again at fall cleanup, Geoff Willis
• Trees at end of Crestwood, removed, $1600
• Paint speed bumps, spray paint needs to be ordered
• Look into recording annual meeting, perhaps on Facebook live
