Board Meeting

August 14, 2023

Meeting was called to order by President Bob Allison at the LVTA beach at  6:32 pm  Board members present were Stuart Pratt, Bob Allison, Dave Delorme, Dawn Muller, Geoff Willis, Paul Dineen

Roll call of Board Members took place.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the July 18, 2023 Board meeting were handed out, read and accepted

Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account Balance $17, 094.92

Tax Collector’s Report:

Total collected $19,211,92, 2022 Collectable Balance $14,077.60

Old Business

• Add amendment on sale of property to by-laws web page Geoff Willis
• Purchase No lifeguard on duty sign, and no fishing signs, Bob Allison will purchase, Dave & Geoff will install
• Sani can is now in the proper location
• Look into sign for top of Maple, members only Bob will get quote
• Spray for poison ivy Geoff Willis
• Look into T&B motors car towing – Dave Delorme
• No trespassing signs have been installed
• Clean up trail to the rest of Association Beachfront, waiting for callback from Andover Landscaping

New Business

• Boats reminder to remove boats Geoff will send out prior to October removal date

Next Board Meeting Monday September 11, 2023 6:00 pm at the beach.
