July 13, 2026
Meeting was called to order by President Tom Shea at the LVTA beach at 6:36 pm Board members present were Geoff Willis, Tom Shea, Dave Delorme, Stuart Pratt, Kristi Clifford, Kelley Bates
Roll call of Board Members took place.
Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the June 8, 2026 annual meeting were handed out, read and accepted
Treasurer’s Report: N/A
Tax Collector’s Report:$56,263.94 outstanding balance
Old Business
- Floating dock revisit at annual meeting
- Path to beach in front of boat moorings has grown in, board and members walked path to end of birch. Revisit landscaping options at annual meeting.
- Move website and domain name to a host owned by LVTA Geoff
- telephone poles barrier, work party 10/26 at 10:00am
- Goose spray came in Geoff
- Coventryfest went well, thanks to all the volunteers for their help
- Road repaving 7/15
- Tax collector – Stuart Pratt is retiring.
New Business
- Picnic tables $350 allocated for 2 tables
