August 03, 2026
Meeting was called to order by President Tom Shea at the LVTA beach at 6:35 pm Board members present were Geoff Willis, Tom Shea, Dave Delorme, Stuart Pratt, Paul Dineen, Kelley Bates, Bob Allison, Dawn Muller
Roll call of Board Members took place.
Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the July 13, 2026 meeting were handed out, read and accepted
Treasurer’s Report: $25,970.92 Checking account balance
Tax Collector’s Report:Report accepted with upcoming corrections
Old Business
- Floating dock revisit at annual meeting
- Path to beach in front of boat moorings. Revisit landscaping options at annual meeting.Quote for $16,000
- Move website and domain name to a host owned by LVTA Geoff
- Guardrails at the end of Lakeview and Hickory, temporary fix in place. Look into more permanent options
- Tax collector – Stuart Pratt is retiring, Kelley Bates will be the new Tax Collector.
- Picnic tables order two new for approximately $1150.00, unanimous vote.
New Business
- Road reimbursement from town, look into.Dawn Muller
