Annual Meeting

May 2, 2021

Meeting was called to order by President Lisa Martin at the LVTA beach at  2:01 pm  Board members present were Chris Katan, Lisa Martin, Geoff Willis, Ray Chicoine, Stuart Pratt, Scott Tweed

Roll call of Board Members took place.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the September, 14 2020 Board Meeting and the minutes for the September 28, 2020 special meeting were handed out and accepted. Reading of the minutes were waived due to the Secretary having laryngitis.

Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account Balance $25,802.00

Tax Collector’s Report:

Total collected $13,930.91, 2020 Past due Balance $4,524.43

Budget:

2021-2022 Budget passed at 1 mil.

Old Business

·  LVTA FAQ lots of new members, is a work in progress.

·  Paint parking lines at beach, Lisa Martin will paint.

·  Goose spray, order in early spring, Geoff Willis.

·  Dock extension connectadock.com 2 new sections are in, poles needed

·  Stairway, look up quoted price from Andover

·  Shed, needs repair

·  Kayak rack, look at location during beach cleanup

·  Cleanup brush on jetty in Spring

·  Signs for association, Chris, $150 3×3 Private property, beach passes required, no trespassing. 10×14 $25 White with red lettering

·  Removed dead tree on Birch endangering Bucks fence

·  Fences across Birch, need a new lawyer

New Business

  • Ski club, install dock and buoys, Chris will contact
  • Hardware for new dock sections came with dock
  • Beach cleanup, 5/23 9:00am
  • Coventryfest ?

Election of Officers:

Lisa Martin, Re-elected as President, Chris Katan elected to board, Dawn Muller elected Treasurer

Next Board Meeting Monday June 7, 2021 6:30 pm at the beach.
