- New Bulletin Board will be purchased for $380
- Beach cleanup 5/7 at 6:30pm and 5/16 9:00am
- Porta potty Marcia will order on May 15th, Mike martin will clean and mark area where it is to be installed
- Beach sand, Mike Martin will get a price for sand
- Swimming area: 2 buoys, 18 stickers, floats, locks and rope need to be ordered.
- Signs committee.
- Mailing additions to tax bill, Bob Allison letter, Survey.
- Any other old business as appropriate

- Refurbish of the Bulletin Board
- Coventryfest 6-27-15
- State Marshall to collect back taxes- Board will review at on case by case basis of 5+ years delinquent taxes.

• 3 signs will be procured for the beach: no dogs allowed. On hold.

- Goose Repellant Bird B Gone 4 gallons on-hand Geoff Willis has sprayed.
- New Picnic Tables, $175.00 from an individual in Coventry who will deliver. Bob Allison will order, with delivery to be scheduled after July 1.
- State Marshall on collecting delinquent Taxes
- Dock was put in by Joe Bachiochi, Geoff Willis and Jacob Plourde.
- Coventryfest was a fun, successful day at the Beach thank you to all that helped.
- Refurbish of the Bulletin Board – Geoff Willis will rebuild.
- Email list Scott Tweed sent out a list of email addresses that we have Secretary will maintain.
- Meeting Reminders will be sent a week before each meeting by the Secretary along with the meeting agenda.
- Potholes in front of 42 Hickory are becoming a problem. Mike Martin will contact the town garage.
- 3 signs will be procured for the beach to remind residents that no dogs are allowed at the beach area. Mike Martin will arrange for the signs to be purchased
