Board Meeting

June 3, 2024

Meeting was called to order by President Dave Delorme at the LVTA beach at  6:33 pm  Board members present were Dave Delorme, Bob Allison, Paul Dineen, Geoff Willis, Dawn Muller, Stuart Pratt

Roll call of Board Members took place.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the May 5, 2024 Annual meeting were handed out, read and accepted

Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account Balance $30,374.23

Tax Collector’s Report:

No change, Total collected $24,687.44, Past due Balance $8,602.08

Old Business

• Goose spray applied Geoff Willis
• No lifeguard on duty sign, and no fishing signs, Bob Allison purchased, Dave & Geoff will install
• Look into sign for top of Maple, too expensive, Christina will talk to carpentry shop
• Look into T&B motors car towing need credit card for LVTA
• Clean up trail to the rest of Association Beachfront in front of the old Martin place complete, need to fix muddy spot to get mower down path
• Ski club, install dock and buoys
• Need volunteer with boat to remove buoys
• Beach cleanup 5/11/24, and 5/19/24 at 10:00am
• Hire Surveyor to set markers for LVTA property at trail to the rest of Association beachfront in front of the old Martin place, Money is in the budget, Waiting on price.
• Inspect Buoys Tuesday 5/7/24 6:30pm

New Business

• Coventryfest
• Mowing at LVTA beach in front of the old Martin place
• Motion passed to have Andover clean up shoreline

Next Board Meeting Monday July 8, 2024 6:30 pm at the beach.

May 5, 2024

Meeting was called to order by President Bob Allison at the Town hall at  2:09 pm  Board members present were Geoff Willis, Stuart Pratt, Bob Allison, Dawn Muller, Dave Delorme, Tom Shea, and Paul Dineen

Roll call of Board Members took place.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the May 7, 2023 Annual meeting, and August, 14 2023 Board meeting were handed out, read and accepted

Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account Balance $29,872.43

Tax Collector’s Report:

Total collected $24,687.44, 2022 Past due Balance $8,602.08

Budget:

2024-2025 Budget passed at 2 mil. 13 yea, 1 nay

Old Business

• Add amendment on sale of property to by-laws web page done Geoff Willis
• Order goose spray early spring Geoff Willis
