Board Meeting

LVTA Beach

June 9, 2025

Meeting was called to order by President Tom Shea at the LVTA Beach at 6:33 pm Board members present were Stuart Pratt, Geoff Willis, Bob Allison, Paul Dineen, Tom Shea

Roll call of Board Members took place.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the May 4, 2025 Annual Meetingwas handed out, read and accepted

Treasurer’s Report: No change

Tax Collector’s Report:

Total Collected: $23,962.73 Outstanding balance: $8,071.33

Old Business

• Look into sign for top of Maple, Kevin rebuilt, Stephen Beeching built post, and installed
• Look into T&B motors car towing no liability is incurred by LVTA. Contract needs to be signed
• Boats that were removed, and possible new boat rack will be revisited at the end of the season
• Buoys Tom Shea ordered more
• Beach cleanup went well
• Spray for poison ivy, Geoff Willis

New Business

• Coventryfest 6/27 7:00pm install fence. Coventryfest 6/28, Cleanup of beach/jetty 6/29 at 10:00am
• Boat stickers, order more Geoff Willis
• Trees at the end of Crestwood, Need quotes for removal

Next Board Meeting Monday July14, 2025 6:30 pm at the beach.
