- Handrail at the end of Lakeview Dr. Geoff Willis will look into safety standards required for installation.
- Goose Repellant Bird B Gone 4 gallons on-hand Geoff Willis has sprayed.
- New Picnic Tables, $175.00 from an individual in Coventry who will deliver. Bob Allison will order, with delivery to be scheduled after July 1.
- State Marshall on collecting delinquent Taxes
- Dock was put in by Joe Bachiochi, Geoff Willis and Jacob Plourde.
- Coventryfest was a fun, successful day at the Beach thank you to all that helped.
- Refurbish of the Bulletin Board – Geoff Willis will rebuild.
- Email list Scott Tweed sent out a list of email addresses that we have Secretary will maintain.
- Meeting Reminders will be sent a week before each meeting by the Secretary along with the meeting agenda.
- Potholes in front of 42 Hickory are becoming a problem. Mike Martin will contact the town garage.
- 3 signs will be procured for the beach to remind residents that no dogs are allowed at the beach area. Mike Martin will arrange for the signs to be purchased

- Reflectors for Chain at boat launch.
- Reminder about parking passes, and rules before Coventryfest next year.
