May 2, 2021
Meeting was called to order by President Lisa Martin at the LVTA beach at 2:01 pm Board members present were Chris Katan, Lisa Martin, Geoff Willis, Ray Chicoine, Stuart Pratt, Scott Tweed
Roll call of Board Members took place.
Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the September, 14 2020 Board Meeting and the minutes for the September 28, 2020 special meeting were handed out and accepted. Reading of the minutes were waived due to the Secretary having laryngitis.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account Balance $25,802.00
Tax Collector’s Report:
Total collected $13,930.91, 2020 Past due Balance $4,524.43
Budget:
2021-2022 Budget passed at 1 mil.
Old Business
· LVTA FAQ lots of new members, is a work in progress.
· Paint parking lines at beach, Lisa Martin will paint.
· Goose spray, order in early spring, Geoff Willis.
· Dock extension connectadock.com 2 new sections are in, poles needed
· Stairway, look up quoted price from Andover
· Shed, needs repair
· Kayak rack, look at location during beach cleanup
· Cleanup brush on jetty in Spring
· Signs for association, Chris, $150 3×3 Private property, beach passes required, no trespassing. 10×14 $25 White with red lettering
· Removed dead tree on Birch endangering Bucks fence
· Fences across Birch, need a new lawyer
New Business
- Ski club, install dock and buoys, Chris will contact
- Hardware for new dock sections came with dock
- Beach cleanup, 5/23 9:00am
- Coventryfest ?

Roll Call of Board Members took place.
Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the August 17, 2020 Board Meeting were handed out, read, and accepted.
Treasurer’s Report: Treasurers report was handed out, read and accepted. Checking Account balance is $27,229.22
Old Business
- LVTA FAQ work on next year.
- Paint parking lines at beach, Lisa Martin will paint.
- Goose spray, order in early spring, Geoff Willis.
- Dock extension connectadock.com voted to order 2 new sections for $4000
- Stairway, vote on at May meeting
- Beach Cleanup 9/27 10:00am
- Dock removal, Chris contacted ski club
- Shed, needs repair, or replacement voted to repair up to $500
- Kayak rack, two more in spring, talk about at May meeting
- Cleanup brush on jetty in Spring
- Mowing, Andover landscaping charges $120 a mow, everyone is comfortable with that price.
- Signs for association, Chris, $150 3×3 Private property, beach passes required, no trespassing. 10×14 $25 White with red lettering
New Business
- Remove dead tree on Birch endangering Bucks fence
- Look into fence across Birch.

Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account balance is $27,473.83.
Tax Collectors report: $8,734.09 balance

- LVTA FAQ work on next year.
- Paint parking lines at beach, Lisa Martin will paint.
- Goose spray, order in early spring, Geoff Willis.
- Dock extension connectadock.com order 2 if less than $3000 in Fall.
- Stairway, vote on at May meeting

Board Meeting
August 5, 2019
Meeting was called to order by President Lisa Martin at 6:30 pm at the beach. Board members present were: Lisa Martin, Chris Katan, Geoff Willis, Stuart Pratt. There was no quorum, so official business could not be conducted.
Roll Call of Board Members took place.
Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the July 8, 2019 Board Meeting were handed out, read, and accepted.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account balance is $18,481.24, Savings Account balance is $292.52 for a grand total of $18,773.76
Tax Collectors report: $7,883.97 balance
Old Business
- New plexiglass for bulletin board, needs to be rebuilt, Bob taking point.
- LVTA FAQ Chris Katan is working on this.
- Handicap parking, Sign has arrived, need post.
- Move money from savings account to checking account, and close savings.
- Paint parking lines at beach
- Problem with dogs at the beach Order 3 No dogs allowed signs, and 2 dogs allowed here signs
- Sand delivered, and spread.
- Goose spray, Geoff will get Bob link for purchase of more Goose spray.

Meeting was called to order by Vice President Scott Tweed at 6:30 pm at the beach. Board members present were: Scott Tweed, Ray Chicoine, Chris Katan, Geoff Willis, Bob Allison, Stuart Pratt
Roll Call of Board Members took place.
Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the June 10, 2019 Board Meeting were handed out, read, and accepted.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account balance is $11,303.88, Savings Account balance is $292.52 for a grand total of $11,596.40
Tax Collectors report: Approximatly$12,000 balance
Old Business
- Stairs and Railing at the end of Hickory, table for now
- New plexiglass for bulletin board, needs to be rebuilt, Bob taking point.
- LVTA FAQ Chris Katan is working on this.
- Coventryfest went well
- Handicap parking, Sign has arrived, need post.
- Move money from savings account to checking account, and close savings.
- Form for Coventry; elected officers, will go out at the end of the month
- Paint parking lines at beach
New Business
- Problem with dogs at the beach Order 3 No dogs allowed signs, and 2 dogs allowed here signs
- Unanimous decision not to change rule prohibiting dogs from beach.
- $500 for sand appropriated.
- Goose spray, Geoff will get Bob link for purchase of more Goose spray.
- $300 appropriated to extend dock.

Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account balance is $16,955.37, Savings Account balance is $292.52 for a grand total of $17,247.89

- Ski club installed dock and buoys
- Buoys will need to be numbered
- Mowing have Andover mow ball field until new quotes come in
- Beach cleanup went well
- Stairs and Railing at the end of Hickory committee needed, check Andover quote.
- New plexiglass for bulletin board, needs to be rebuilt

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the May 6, 2018 Annual Meeting were handed out, read and accepted, and the September 10, 2018 Board Meeting were handed out, read, and accepted
Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account Balance $17,600.24, Savings Account Balance $292.52, Total $17,892.76.
Tax Collector’s Report:
Total collected $11,074.99, 2018 Past due Balance $8,749.96
Budget:
2019-2020 Budget passed at 1 mil with $371.70 shortfall to come from reserves.

- Ramp to dock has come in
- Goose spray appears to have been effective at 2x concentration, we will try the same this year

- Ski club will install dock and buoys on 5/18 Buoy inspection team 5/15 at 5:30pm at ball field
- 2 New Picnic Tables not needed this year.
