• Ski club, install dock and buoys
• Hardware for buoys
• Beach cleanup, set date
• Coventryfest
• Bike rack at park
• Two new picnic tables to replace tables in poor repair
• Stairway to beach at end of Hickory
• Speed limit signs
• Patch Anderson lane/Lakeshore
