Board Meeting
July 29, 2014
Meeting was called to order by President Mike Martin at 6:36 pm at the beach. Board members present were: Mike Martin, Christina Pierce, Scott Tweed, Marcia Roy, Bob Allison and Geoff Willis.
Roll Call of Board Members took place.
Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the June 5, 2014 Board Meeting were handed out, read and accepted.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account balance is $10,641.76, Savings Account balance is $292.52 and CD Balance is $15,465.45.
Tax Collector’s Report:
Taxes Collected $8,540.99 103 Paid Accounts
Current year 2014-2015 $8,031.61 55 Unpaid Accounts
Delinquent Years

Old Business
- Handrail at the end of Lakeview Dr. Geoff Willis will look into safety standards .
- Goose Repellant Bird B Gone 4 gallons on-hand Geoff Willis has sprayed.
- New Picnic Tables, $145.00×2 to be delivered 8/2/14 at Bob Allison’s.
- State Marshall on collecting delinquent Taxes revisit in 4 months
- Dock was put in by Joe Bachiochi, Geoff Willis and Jacob Plourde.
- Coventryfest was a fun, successful day at the Beach thank you to all that helped.
- Refurbish of the Bulletin Board – Geoff Willis will reface.
- Email list Scott Tweed sent out a list of email, Secretary will maintain.
- Meeting Reminders will be sent a week before each meeting by the Secretary.
- Potholes in front of 42 Hickory have been fixed.
- 3 signs will be procured for the beach: no dogs allowed. On hold.
New Business
- Reflectors for Chain at boat launch Sean Butler will install.
- Reminder about parking passes/rules to be permanently added to Bulletin Board.
- Dock is unstable, volunteers needed to secure.
- Dogs allowed at Boat area only
- Sean Butler volunteered for Alternate Board position.
Next meeting will be Tuesday August 19, 2014 @ 6:30 pm at the beach
