Board Meeting

September 6, 2016

 

Meeting was called to order by President Christina Pierce at 6:06 pm at the beach. Board members present were: Christina Pierce, Mike Martin, Geoff Willis, Stuart Pratt, Marcia Roy, Scott Tweed

Roll Call of Board Members took place.

 Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the August 16, 2016 Meeting were handed out, read and.

 Treasurer’s Report: The treasurers report was handed out, read and accepted. Checking Account balance is $34,220.23, Savings account balance is $292.52

 Tax Collector’s Report: Tax collector’s report with July corrections handed out, read and accepted.

Old Business

• Beach committee report: We have multiple options, if we wait until next year the permit will cost $75. Meet with Todd Penny to find out what falls under the umbrella of maintenance that does not require a permit.
• Special meeting no longer needed
• Picnic tables: 2 picnic tables delivered, stained, installed.
• Bulletin board: table until next meeting.
• Beach passes: table until next meeting.
• Road safety order signs in the spring.
• Savings table until next meeting
• Unoccupied homes: All were mowed except for Juniper

 

New Business

• Ski club – Christina will contact.
• Beach cleanup 9/17 10:00 am
• Facebook: table until next meeting.

 

Next meeting will be Wednesday October 19, 2016 @ 6:00 pm at the beach.
