• LVTA FAQ work on next year.
• Paint parking lines at beach, Lisa Martin will paint.
• Goose spray, order in early spring, Geoff Willis.
• Dock extension connectadock.com order 2 if less than $3000 in Fall.
• Stairway, vote on at May meeting
• Beach Cleanup 9/29 10:00am
• Dock removal, Chris
• Shed, needs repair, or replacement
• Kayak rack, two more in spring
• Cleanup brush on jetty
• RFid Gate, Geoff Willis will get price
• Mowing, Andover landscaping charges $120 a mow, everyone is comfortable with that price.
• Guest passes were discussed
• Signs for association, Chris will look into
• Stop signs at all intersections.

New Business

• Fence placed on Birch by homeowner on Echo Rd. Fence is to the right of the end of Crestwood.
• Look at tree behind Bucks property on Juniper to see if it is on Birch.
• Any new business as appropriate.
