Board Meeting

July 12, 2021

Meeting was called to order by Bob Allison at 6:32 pm at the beach. Board members present were: Dawn Muller, Bob Allison, Scott Tweed, Chris Katan, Stuart Pratt, Geoff Willis, Ray Chicoine

Roll Call of Board Members took place.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the June 7, 2021 Annual Meeting were handed out, read and

Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account balance is $18,870.07

Tax collector’s Report: 7,418.15 collected 11,376.38 Remaining balance.

Old Business

• Goose spray, Poison Ivy spray Geoff will spray.
• Fences across Birch, Douglas Stern $200/hr motion passed for $500 allocated to answer liability question
• Card printer $600 – $1000 for printer. $50 to print 100 cards
• Lisa Martin painted new lines

New Business

• Buoys look for adjustment hardware, Geoff
• Signs, No dogs
• Next year budget, 2 picnic tables
• Telephone pole guardrail knocked loose
• Crestwood drain clogged, Stuart will call.

Next meeting will be Monday August 16, 2021 @ 6:30 pm at the beach.

Board Meeting

June 7, 2021

Meeting was called to order by President Lisa Martin at 6:31 pm at the beach. Board members present were: Dawn Muller, Bob Allison, Lisa Martin, Scott Tweed, Chris Katan, Stuart Pratt, Geoff Willis

Roll Call of Board Members took place.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the May 2, 2021 Annual Meeting were handed out, read and accepted with revisions.

Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account balance is $23,989.77

Tax collector’s Report: No change from May 2, 2021

Old Business

• Ski club buoys: install regardless of water level.
• Goose spray, Geoff to spray again.
• Dock has been installed.
• Stairway, Not in Andover quote
• Shed, examine when empty
• Kayak rack, concerns about lumber cost
• Signs installed on post at entrance
• Fences across Birch, need a new lawyer Stuart will call
• Beach cleanup, went well
• Coventryfest cancelled for 2021
• Poison ivy spray, Geoff Willis

New Business

• Town to trim bushes
• Cards as personal pass look at printer, Geoff

Next meeting will be Monday July 12, 2021 @ 6:30 pm at the beach.

Annual Meeting

May 2, 2021

Meeting was called to order by President Lisa Martin at the LVTA beach at  2:01 pm  Board members present were Chris Katan, Lisa Martin, Geoff Willis, Ray Chicoine, Stuart Pratt, Scott Tweed

Roll call of Board Members took place.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the September, 14 2020 Board Meeting and the minutes for the September 28, 2020 special meeting were handed out and accepted. Reading of the minutes were waived due to the Secretary having laryngitis.

Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account Balance $25,802.00

Tax Collector’s Report:

Total collected $13,930.91, 2020 Past due Balance $4,524.43

Budget:

2021-2022 Budget passed at 1 mil.

Old Business

·  LVTA FAQ lots of new members, is a work in progress.

·  Paint parking lines at beach, Lisa Martin will paint.

·  Goose spray, order in early spring, Geoff Willis.

·  Dock extension connectadock.com 2 new sections are in, poles needed

·  Stairway, look up quoted price from Andover

·  Shed, needs repair

·  Kayak rack, look at location during beach cleanup

·  Cleanup brush on jetty in Spring

·  Signs for association, Chris, $150 3×3 Private property, beach passes required, no trespassing. 10×14 $25 White with red lettering

·  Removed dead tree on Birch endangering Bucks fence

·  Fences across Birch, need a new lawyer

New Business

• Ski club, install dock and buoys, Chris will contact
• Hardware for new dock sections came with dock
• Beach cleanup, 5/23 9:00am
• Coventryfest ?

• Chris will contact Lawyer Lisa Bartlett for advice about the fence across Birch at the end of Crestwood

Meeting was called to order by President Lisa Martin at 6:34 pm at the beach. Board members present were: Lisa Martin, Chris Katan, Geoff Willis, Bob Allison, Scott Tweed.

Roll Call of Board Members took place.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the August 17, 2020 Board Meeting were handed out, read, and accepted.

Treasurer’s Report: Treasurers report was handed out, read and accepted. Checking Account balance is $27,229.22

Old Business

• LVTA FAQ work on next year.
• Paint parking lines at beach, Lisa Martin will paint.
• Goose spray, order in early spring, Geoff Willis.
• Dock extension connectadock.com voted to order 2 new sections for $4000
• Stairway, vote on at May meeting
• Beach Cleanup 9/27 10:00am
• Dock removal, Chris contacted ski club
• Shed, needs repair, or replacement voted to repair up to $500
• Kayak rack, two more in spring, talk about at May meeting
• Cleanup brush on jetty in Spring
• Mowing, Andover landscaping charges $120 a mow, everyone is comfortable with that price.
