Board Meeting

July 20, 2022

Meeting was called to order by President Lisa Martin at 6:3`2 pm at the beach. Board members present were: Dawn Muller, Bob Allison, Lisa Martin, Stuart Pratt, Geoff Willis, Kate Sheffield, and Ray Chicoine

Roll Call of Board Members took place.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the June 6, 2022 meeting were handed out, read and accepted.

Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account balance is $24,128.36

Tax collector’s Report: Collected 8,192.80, 7,425.18 remaining balance

Old Business

• Goose spray, done
• Kayak rack, $332.56, table until next meeting.
• Coventryfest cancelled, we should receive refund for donation
• Bike rack at park tabled
• Sand and stain picnic tables at end of season
• Porta pottie has been moved
• Stairway to beach at end of Hickory, Ray will get quote
• Patch Anderson lane/Lakeshore Voted to repair drains for up to $14,800 out of reserves. Meeting needed to obtain funds to repair road, approximately $40,000, send out letter

New Business

• Sign – Cars towed & passes checked
• Add to May meeting agenda to vote on hiring someone on weekends to check passes, $2000.

Next meeting will be Wednesday August 17, 2022 @ 6:30 pm at the beach.

Meeting was called to order by President Lisa Martin at 6:02 pm at the beach. Board members present were: Dawn Muller, Bob Allison, Lisa Martin, Stuart Pratt, Geoff Willis, Kate Sheffield

Roll Call of Board Members took place.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the May 1, 2022 Annual Meeting were handed out, read and accepted with revisions

Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account balance is $29,569.18

Tax collector’s Report: No change from May 1, 2022

Old Business

• Goose spray, spray this week, Geoff Willis
• Kayak rack, two more next to old ones.
• Ski club, installed dock and buoys
• Rope for buoys has been replaced
• Coventryfest 6/25 Fence 6/24 7:00 p.m.
• Bike rack at park $500 allocated
• Two new picnic tables Bob looking for a source
• Stairway to beach at end of Hickory
• Speed limit signs no one got back to us
• Patch Anderson lane/Lakeshore Find out when roads were taken over, get copy of deed. Find out about reimbursement for road repair

New Business

• Move porta pottie to other end of lakeshore

Next meeting will be Monday July 18, 2022 @ 6:30 pm at the beach.

May 1, 2022

Meeting was called to order by President Lisa Martin at the LVTA beach at  2:04 pm  Board members present were Lisa Martin, Geoff Willis, Bob Allison, Stuart Pratt, Dawn Muller

Roll call of Board Members took place.

Secretary’s Report: The minutes for the May 1, 2022 annual meeting were handed out, read and accepted.

Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account Balance $30,975.50

Tax Collector’s Report:

Total collected $16,819.44, 2021 Past due Balance $1,975.09

Budget:

2022-2023 Budget passed at 1 mil.

Old Business

·  Goose spray, order in early spring, Geoff Willis.

·  Kayak rack, two more in spring

New Business

• Ski club, install dock and buoys
• Work party buoys replace rope/Beach cleanup 5/15 10:00am
• Coventryfest 6/25
• Bike rack at park look into cost
• Two new picnic tables to replace tables in poor repair – Bob Allison
• Stairway to beach at end of Hickory look at Andover quote
• Speed limit signs Stuart contacted town, no response.
• Patch Anderson lane/Lakeshore, look into cost
• Attorney-Association as a whole is responsible for Birch
• Shed, Examine existing shed.

Election of Officers:

Kate Sheffield, elected as Vice President, Bob Allison re-elected as board Member, Tom Shea elected as board member

Next Board Meeting Monday June 6, 2022 6:00 pm at the beach.

August 16, 2021

Meeting was called to order by Lisa Martin at 6:33 pm at the beach. Board members present were: Dawn Muller, Bob Allison, Scott Tweed, Stuart Pratt, Geoff Willis, Lisa Martin

Roll Call of Board Members took place.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the July 12, 2021 Board Meeting were handed out, read and accepted

Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account balance is $28,858.17

Tax collector’s Report: 10,332.39 collected 8,462.14 Remaining balance.

Old Business

• Goose spray, Poison Ivy spray Spray for geese again, poison ivy at beach cleanup Geoff.
• Fences across Birch, Douglas Stern $200/hr motion passed for $500 allocated to answer liability question. Lawyer is working on it.
• Buoys look for adjustment hardware, Geoff
• Signs, No dogs, order another batch
• Next year budget, 2 picnic tables, check price on composite
• Crestwood drain clogged, cleaned.

New Business

• New rope for buoys
• Porta potty discussion at annual meeting

Next meeting will be Monday September 13, 2021 @ 6:00 pm at the beach.
