Volunteers needed
Volunteers are needed to put up the fence for Coventryfest Friday 6/27 at 7:00 pm, as well as for checking for parking passes on 6/28, and for beach cleanup, and jetty cleanup on 6/29 at 10:00 am. As a friendly reminder, any guests at the beach must be accompanied by a member, and all cars must have a parking pass, no exceptions. For those of you who have ordered boat stickers, please bear with me. We ran out of stickers, more have been ordered, and will arrive sometime in the next couple of weeks. I will bring stickers with me to the next board meeting, on Monday 7/14/25 6:30 pm at the LVTA beach, and the outstanding remainder will go out the following day.

2025-2026 Budget passed at 2 mil.
Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the May 5, 2024 Annual Meeting, and the September 9, 2024 board meeting, were handed out, read and accepted
Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account Balance $39,771.63
Tax Collector’s Report:
Total Collected: $23,147.34 Outstanding balance: $8,886.72

Boats to be removed from rack on 10/27 10:00am
Any boats remaining on the boat rack will be moved to the lower parking lot on Sunday 10/27 at 10:00am. The vines are getting bad on the rack, and are growing through boats on the rack. We need some volunteers to help remove the boats to the lower parking lot on Sunday 10/27 at 10:00am.
