Meeting was called to order by President Mike Martin at the Coventry Town Hall at 2:00 pm Board members present were Mike Martin, Bob Allison, Geoff Willis, Marcia Roy, Christina Pierce and Scott Tweed.

Roll call of Board Members took place.

Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account Balance $16,714.47, Savings Account Balance $292.52, CD Account $15,469.28 Total $32,478.16.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the May 4, 2014 Annual Meeting and the September 23, 2014 Board Meeting were handed out, Read and accepted.

Discussion took place regarding the Budget. Proposed Mil Rate will be set at 1 Mil, shortfall to come from reserve. Budget accepted.

Old Business:

• Handrail at the end of Lakeview Dr. Options will be discussed at June meeting.
• Dock, Sean Butler to contact ski club to install dock.

New Business:

• State Marshall to collect back taxes- Board will review at June meeting on case by case basis of 5+ years delinquent taxes.
• Picnic tables 2 will be purchased for a total of less than $320
• New Bulletin Board will be purchased for $380
• Beach cleanup 5/7 at 6:30pm and 5/16 9:00am
• Porta potty Marcia will order on May 15^th, Mike martin will clean and mark area where it is to be installed
• Beach sand, Mike Martin will get a price for sand
• Swimming area: 2 buoys, 18 stickers, floats, locks and rope needed for a total of $2900 $1500 from reserve will be moved into 2014-2015 beach budget to accommodate shortfall.
• Signs committee will meet on 5/7 at 6:30 after we unlock picnic tables.
• Pavilion vs. Landscaping, will discuss at June meeting

Election of Officers: 2 alternate positions are opened. Sean Butler to move from alternate board member, to board member.

Bob will compose a letter to be included in the tax mailing, requesting people to volunteer. Survey & comments needed for Tax mailing and website.

Next Board Meeting Thursday June 4, 2015 6:30 pm. At the Ball Field.

September 23, 2014

 Meeting was called to order by Vice President Bob Allison at 6:36 pm at the beach. Board members present were: Bob Allison, Marcia Roy, Geoff Willis, Christina Pierce, Ray Chicoine, Scott Tweed.

Roll Call of Board Members took place.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the August 19, 2014 Board Meeting were handed out, read and accepted.

 Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account balance is $12,354.16, Savings Account balance is $292.52 and CD Balance is $15,465.45.

 Old Business

• Handrail at the end of Lakeview Dr. Geoff Willis will look into safety standards, run design by town inspector.
• New Picnic Tables, Stained, installed at beach, old tables moved to ball field.
• State Marshall on collecting delinquent Taxes revisit in January.
• Reflectors for Chain at boat launch Sean Butler has installed.
• Refurbish of the Bulletin Board – Geoff Willis will reface.
• 3 signs will be procured for the beach: no dogs/fishing allowed. Revisit in spring.
• Reminder about parking passes/rules to be permanently added to Bulletin Board.
• Beach cleanup was a success, more help needed next year, contact school, scouts for possible community service project.

 New Business

• Annual meeting reminders need to go out.
• Hardware needed for buoys next year
• Work party for beach October 5, 10:30 a.m.
• Dock storage, Bob will call Mike, ask him to check schedule for a time we can move the dock

Next meeting will be February 22, 2014 @ 2:00 pm at Marcia Roy’s house.

• Handrail at the end of Lakeview Dr. Geoff Willis will look into safety standards .

• Meeting Reminders will be sent a week before each meeting by the Secretary.
• Potholes in front of 42 Hickory have been fixed.
• 3 signs will be procured for the beach: no dogs allowed. On hold.

• Dock is unstable, volunteers needed to secure.
• Dogs allowed at Boat area only
• Sean Butler volunteered for Alternate Board position.

Board Meeting

June 5, 2014

Meeting was called to order by President Mike Martin at 6:41 pm at the beach.  Board Members present were Mike Martin, Marcia Roy, Christina Pierce, Bob Allison, Scott Tweed, and Geoff Willis

 Roll Call of Board Members took place.

 Treasurer’s Report: Checking Account Balance $11,945.64, Savings Account Balance $292.52 CD Balance $15,460.83

 Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the May 4, 2014 Annual Meeting were handed out, read and accepted.

Tax Collectors Report: Tax bills and beach passes have been mailed out, Nothing further to report

Old Business:

• Handrail at the end of Lakeview Dr. Geoff Willis will look into safety standards required for installation.
• Goose Repellant Bird B Gone has been ordered, and will arrive soon.
• Mowing of Beach and Ball Field Zachary Tweed will be mowing the Beach and Ball Field.
• New Picnic Tables, $175.00 from an individual in Coventry who will deliver. Bob Allison will order, with delivery to be scheduled after July 1.
• New Basketball hoop installed by Bob Allison, Geoff Willis, and Jacob Plourde
• Locks for the boat ramp and ball field were purchased by Christina Pierce, see Bob Allison for access to the ball field shed.

New Business:

• Refurbish of the Bulletin Board – Geoff Willis will rebuild.
• Porta Potty has been delivered.
• Coventryfest: Fencing will be put up Friday 6/27 at 7:00 pm. Volunteers needed for checking beach passes on Saturday 6/28. There will be 3 shifts, 11-3, 3-6, 6-10. Beach cleanup will be Sunday 6/29 at 10:00 am.
• Email list Scott Tweed will send out a list of email addresses that we have.
• Meeting Reminders will be sent a week before each meeting by the Secretary along with the meeting agenda.
• Potholes in front of 42 Hickory are becoming a problem. Mike Martin will contact the town garage.
• Volunteers needed to install the dock. Poles are next to shed at ballfield, hardware is at Mike Martins house.
• 3 signs will be procured for the beach to remind residents that no dogs are allowed at the beach area. Mike Martin will arrange for the signs to be purchased

Next meeting will be Tuesday July 29 on the beach.
